Great hotel, spacious clean room with quality toiletries (triole room) in an excellent location, between the lively el carmen and the commercial center, very close to the train station. Staff super helpful. Would definately stay again!!!

The staff especially Salome was so friendly and helpful. She made the stay so pleasant and memorable. She’s a very responsible staff as she rebooked a taxi for us when the earlier one could not find the place. Also the room is lovely as it has a beautiful view and a lovely balcony. Location just perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s in a great location, right in the city centre and close to all the main points of interest, including shops and restaurants. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything about the stay was perfect. I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very forthcoming. The rooms have high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. We especially liked that you could set the air conditioning precisely to your needs. Recommend.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's in the center of the city and most of the sights are within walking distance. From the terrace you can see the "Museu Nacional de Ceràmica" and yet it was very quiet in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - I asked for some restaurant recommendations and was given a list of great restaurants. The rooms were very clean. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The breakfast was also very good and offered a large selection. What I also really liked was that they had gluten-free products!
