Spotless clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, toilet had bidet which was high plus point. Staff was courteous and ready to help you. Heating system of my room was not working properly and they arranged other heater for me. Breakfast was good. Roam had all the amenities which one needed. I am actually staying again in the hotel and writing this review

The BEST hotel we've stayed at in Europe! The hotel is located right by the tram stop (literally, you will see the hotel as soon as you step out of the tram), and there is a 24/7 supermarket downstairs. The hotel includes a fridge, kitchen, TV with Netflix, and a nice wardrobe. They even gave us free Polaroid film and provided a Polaroid camera in the room! That made our trip to Helsinki extra special. We fully utilized the washing machine, and they even provided detergent. The toilet was also great! Though there is no on-site reception, they responded quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp to answer all our questions. Tho the location is not right in the town, but it is well connected by the tram which operates from early morning to late night and we din mind the location at all! LOVE IT !

Rooms were spacious and there was space to hang clothes , a coffee station etc , even bathrobes and slippers. Very central and beautiful building and nicely decorated .Breakfasts were excellent and catered for diffrent requiremets . Staff was polite and helpful . I even got presents from the hotel on my birthday . That was very special . Highly recommended ! 😁

Perfect appartments. Everithing was nice. Additional than you for the coffee, The breakfeast included and served in nearby cafe and was tasty. he possibility to make a photo and place on the desk in aapratments is very nice idea.

The studio is in a very good and quite place, you can reach mostly all places of interest by foot. Very clean, all necessary equipment, toiletries available, the bed was comfortable. Communication also good.
