The location is quite good, not far from the metro station. The check-in instructions said that the apartment was immediately to the right of the elevator, but at first we were a bit confused because the door had a nameplate with the hosts’ names rather than the apartment’s name. Among the advantages are both free street parking and private parking in the building’s underground garage. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, suitable for long stays, and very well equipped with everything you might need — and even more :)

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The thing that I like most about a hotel after cleanliness is the quality of the beds and pillows. Honestly, the mattress is on par with 4 or even 5-star hotels. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The atmosphere in the hotel is good and comfortable. All the staff members are very kind and helpful.

Everything was great. I loved Adagio Access Hotel and I would recommend to everyone to stay there. There are several factors I really loved about the hotel. 1) The personnel is very polite, patient and kind. They help you whenever you need it. They speak both French and English. 2) The room was very clean and comfortable. Every day they did cleaning, threw away the trash. In addition, I should mention how I loved the bed that was really very soft and comfortable! 3) The presence of air conditioning system is one of the most important factors. 4) It is important that the location of the hotel is very good. There is everything you need next to the hotel: shops, tram and bus stations, pharmacies etc. 5) In that hotel there is an elevator and a room with sofas where I could wait with comfort until my room became ready. 6) The breakfast is very tasty and well-prepared.

The location is great. It’s clean and feels safe. You can park your car in the garage for 10€ per day and you can easily walk to the nearest subway, it takes 10 minutes. There is also a bakery and a supermarket (Auchan) en route to the subway. The entrance of the hotel is very modern, with a reception desk, couches and a small bar area. The staff were lovely. They spoke English very well and they immediately gave us a new kettle, as the one in our room was faulty. The room itself was a studio, with a small kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, hob and cutlery. There’s a kettle with tea bags and coffee. You would just need to bring your own milk, if desired. We had a large double bed and a pull out sofa for the kids. The bed is comfortable, and so are the pillows. The bathroom has a built in radio, which we personally loved. There were fresh towels for all of us and everything felt clean. The air conditioning switches off at night, but even though it was 38oC in Lyon that day, the room had a cool temperature from being air conditioned during the day.
