I really recommend this apartment, includes everything you need and the location is perfect. Close to the sea and the tram stooped just outside the building. You have a bakery just outside the door and a grocery store nearby.

Very nice location, close to the beach and city center. It was very convenient for travelling, because the tram and the bus were nearby. As well as other useful things like a grocery store and cafes. Besides that, the appartement was way better than on the photos and we were pleasantly surprised. The air conditioning was our saviour in the hot weather. Also, the owner was very hospitable and friendly.

Very well located. Public transport just in front of the apartment with buses and train to town and the main train station that will get you to Monaco or any other city around Nice. Brach very close just few steps, supermarket down in the building. The view is stunning and the sunrise is perfect from there.

The apartment is beautiful and very well located, close to the Promenade and in between two tram stops. Bright, spacious and tastefully decorated, it is also equipped with anything you could think of for your stay, not to mention that it was super clean! The owner/manager was responsive and really kind.

The interior was spotless and modern. Everything was really clean. We got a little welcome gift from the host, who was very welcoming in general. We all felt like in our own home. Also the view from the balcony was stunning.

All staff members were very friendly and supportive. On our daughter's birthday, they prepared special presents for her. The location is also good. Everyday we got clean beach towels at the reception and went to the beach by 5 min walk. There are many good restaurants if you walk 10 min towards the direction of the old town. From the airport, you can take a tram no. 2 to the nearby station. Very convenient. Also you can use the same line for going to the city centre.

1. The location couldn't have been better. On foot, we were less than 5 minutes away from the beach. A bakery and a tram station were directly opposite the hotel, both within a minute on foot. A decent number of restaurants were located within a 15-minute walk from the hotel 2. Very clean 3. The bed was comfortable 4. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were surprisingly spacious, definitely spacious enough for two people 5. The staff was friendly and made an effort to speak French slowly to us 6. The surrounding area felt safe 7. Nice room design and everything felt new. Nothing felt old-fashioned nor seemed worn down 8. The common lounge in the lobby was cozy and the vending machines with drinks and snacks were a welcome addition

Amazing host, really kind and helpful, she provided a lot of information, where to eat close by and how to travel to the city center and to the airport. Good location, around 20-25 minutes to the old town. Clean, big comparing to other apartments/rooms in France, good kitchen with everything you need, able to do laundry and has a very nice balcony. We enjoyed our time there!
