Lovely, cute studio in my favourite arrondissement. Location is great, it’s sparkling clean and well equipped. The studio is at the backside, courtyard side of the building, so no street noise and actually very quiet ❤️ And last but not least: Andrea is such a sweet and welcoming host.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Nacef for the wonderful accommodation, which complemented our positive impressions of Paris. We arrived in Paris from Ukraine for a 5-day vacation without any expectations. The check-in conditions are the best I have encountered anywhere in the world — the owner sends very clear instructions, there are no surprises or unexpected deposits. The apartment is in a very convenient location. The street itself has a great atmosphere, with different colors that lift your spirits. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as interesting establishments and bars. We especially recommend the Dixieme Degre bar, which is right next to the house and is owned by a very interesting Corsican and artist named Miki. Every evening we returned home late at night and had no safety issues. For example, we walked to the Montmartre district and returned from there around midnight. Along the way, there were many cool places with lots of young people, where we stopped. The main thing is to avoid the two train stations that are on the route. Although this did not scare us, because we are from Ukraine :)) The area where the apartment is located is multinational (no russians) there are traditional bakeries, kebab shops, and chinese stores. A 10-minute walk away is the blue metro line, which is convenient for getting to the main attractions of Paris. The apartment itself is very fresh, it feels like it has been recently renovated. It looks better in real life than in the photos. It has everything you need (stove, microwave, dishes, TV with internet). The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we slept well. Just note one thing: if you are taller than 170cm", it may be a bit cramped for you (both in the bathroom and on the sofa). But this was not a problem for us, as we are slim and compact. I would gladly come back here again!

Charming host met us with the keys and introduced the apartment personally. Fantastic location, next to loads of great restaurants - easy Metro access via Strasbourg Saint-Denis station. Apartment had loads of character and looked down onto a quaint internal courtyard - very Parisian! Beds were comfortable and having portable air conditioning was a bonus. Apartment also felt very secure and safe.

Excellent location in the lovely 10th Arrondissement between République (great for logistics) and the picturesque Canal St Martin. The flat is extremely clean, airy and comfortable. The flowers and aromatic plants hanging beside the windows give the place a touch of Provence. A delicious potpourri natural scent pervades the residence. The bed was comfortable. The lovely bathtub and spacious bathroom were a plus. The flat exceeds how it is represented in the profile photos.
