Overall experience is extremely positive. The staff is very polite and helpful, we forgot the AirPods in the room when checked out and they emailed me and then gave a call to notify, luckily we still were in the area and came back to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and also there is a buffet during the day available. The location is perfect.

Every staff member we met or spoke to was lovely. From the front desk receptionists, to the people working at breakfast. The location was very handy, right by a Metro entrance, and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The look and feel of the hotel was so beautiful, the room was lovely, the bathroom was so spacious, and they even left us a little surprise of balloons to celebrate our honeymoon. Another honourable mention was the coffee at breakfast is made by a barista and was so good (coming from Melbourne this is important!!) we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would return again ourselves! Merci Beaucoup!

Great location, close to restaurants, public transport and the beautiful covered passageways of Paris. Staff were lovely, always offering to assist. Tea, coffee and cakes available for guests all afternoon and a nice area to sit and have a break.

I had stayed for a concert at le grand rex theater and wasn't disappointed.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, with a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery nearby. It's also not far from the subway station. There are two locks on the entrance door, ensuring good security. The only drawback is that you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
