Loved everything about this hotel. The friendly welcome from the reception staff when we arrived set the tone for the whole stay. All the staff were lovely, without exception.This is a boutique hotel with a luxury feel that spoils its guests. Comfortable beds and pillows with crisp linens, immaculately clean throughout. Bathrobes, slippers and vanity kit. Every day from 2pm till late there is a lovely spread of cakes and treats, coffee and hot chocolate along with a range of teas and cordials in the stylish lounge area. All free for guests. If you are traveling with a family it is wonderful value as the young people can pop down and have some tea when they like. They also stock the little mini bar in your room each day with a range of non-alcoholic drinks - again free of charge. There is also a good pool, sauna and spa. It’s very centrally located: we walked everywhere from this hotel, to the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay and Montmartre to name a few. We extended our stay by two days, we liked it that much and will absolutely stay again.

Easy to find, located conveniently near the metro station. Quick late access via code and very well informed by the property before arriving. The room is not particularly large but it fitted very well 2 adults and 2 children over 10. Well equipped kitchen and very, very comfortable double bad and (to our great surprise) sofa bed. The neighbor is very nice and there is a great artisan boulangerie downstairs.
The gentleman at the reception was extremely nice and helpful and we would like to thank him also for making our stay great.

Just like in the pictures. Small room but still comfortable. Very clean. Quiet. Renovated and everything is nice and inviting. The reception staff is available and helpful (special thanks to Michael). At the entrance there are always hot and cold drinks, cookies and cakes. Close to the metro. Note that there is a self-service laundry opposite which is convenient for those staying for a while. In conclusion we were very satisfied

Truly exceptional hotel in nice, lively area, with a lot of cafes and restaurants, close to the metro stations. This was my fourth visit to Paris and Maxim Folies was, by far the best hotel I’ve been in. Rooms are comfortable, very clean, breakfast was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Next time I visit Paris this hotel will definitely be my choice.
