Great location in walking distance to East Cliff. Bed was very comfortable, the bathtub and and shower were also great. Room was very spacious with high ceilings. The building itself and the rooms are very beautiful decorated, staff was also very friendly. I would definetely stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. We stayed for 2 nights with 1 child and 3 adults. There were biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, and toiletries available. The kitchen was well appointed with a microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the crockery and utensils needed. The rooms were generously sized, particularly the master bedroom, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy with plenty of good pillows. Two bathrooms - bath & shower available. A nice selection of games (we enjoyed giant Uno!). The location was great - 5 min walk from Boscombe Pier and the beach, and 5 mins to the Bournemouth O2. About half an hour walk to Bournemouth pier along the seafront. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we return to Bournemouth.

The house is located in the quiet, cosy street, close to the Boscome centre and a short walk away from the seaside. The room has everything you need (and if something is missing, it's enough to ask - I was happy to find the iron and ironing board that I needed in the shared space). Duncan is a great and caring host. Breakfasts were not very diverse, but fresh and filling. A special "plus" for the tasty coffee :)

Gem with only 5 rooms, beautifully curated, cool and stylish decor (all Deus ex Machina), very friendly owner and staff, amazing food with some of the best vegan options I have ever tasted, close to Boscombe Beach, close enough to Bournemouth city center. Relaxed and hip spot. We can‘t wait to go back in summer!

Beautiful and clean apartment. Tv in all rooms. Attention to detail was spot on. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay, from salt and pepper, milk, butter, tea, and coffee to shampoo and conditioner to cotton buds and cotton cleansing pads. Excellent location, I have mobility issues, so a short walk to the beach and pubs. I attended a family event, and we all had apartments near. Everyone that popped in all commented at how beautiful it was with the little touches. Definitely, I will stay again. All my adult children were very happy (can be very fussy and critical). Just a very enjoyable stay and spacious for us all.
