Wow.....Duncan is an awesome guy,an amazing host that makes you feel very welcome from the first minute. This is possibly the best place we've stayed at in boscombe, its clean, 5 minutes walk away from the town, 15 minutes walk to the beach, and the breakfast is great.....will definitely book again and would highly recommend 😀

Jane and Ged were so lovely and welcoming. The breakfast selection was really yummy as well.

We love staying at this property. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Andrew is the perfect host. Last time we stayed the internet wasn’t very good. This time the issue with the internet had been addressed and it was perfect. There was a new larger tv. Andrew is conscientious and strives to keep the property in excellent condition.

We had a wonderful stay in this house as a family of six — two adults, two teenagers, and two grandparents. The house exceeded our expectations: it was very spacious, beautifully decorated, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everyone felt at home — the teenagers loved having space and things to do, and the grandparents appreciated the peace and comfort. The location was perfect and very convenient, with private parking which made everything even easier. The photos don’t fully show how much space there really is — there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We all left happy and would love to come back again. Thank you to the hosts for such a lovely and welcoming home!

Beautiful and clean apartment. Tv in all rooms. Attention to detail was spot on. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay, from salt and pepper, milk, butter, tea, and coffee to shampoo and conditioner to cotton buds and cotton cleansing pads. Excellent location, I have mobility issues, so a short walk to the beach and pubs. I attended a family event, and we all had apartments near. Everyone that popped in all commented at how beautiful it was with the little touches. Definitely, I will stay again. All my adult children were very happy (can be very fussy and critical). Just a very enjoyable stay and spacious for us all.
