The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Parking in front of the hotel with a permit bought at the guest house was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We greatly appreciated having a shower as opposed to a bath. The breakfast room was light and airy, and only soft music was played at a low volume. The breakfasts themselves were freshly prepared to order and delicious. Overall, very high standards. A pub recommendation for food was spot on. We went there on both evenings. On departure from Beach Front Guest House we were proactively asked if we were happy with everything - which is very important, yet certainly not a given in many places. Thank you for making us feel you genuinely cared about us as guests. Highly recommendable.

Great on communications and very well labeled instructions on arrival even down to photographic locations. Lovely sized TV with all streaming networks. Selection of games/cards to play. The Sheldon is located along a quiet side street in the centre of Eastbourne. With free onsite parking (a maximum height of 1.9 metres) guests can walk to all main attractions.
