Most of my life decisions were made in this hotel. From choosing what Uni I went to and my husband proposing to me here so it holds a lot of good memories . I even decided to apply for a job whilst taking High tea here! I love the facilities, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The service is impeccable ! Worth every penny ! We will be back for many years to come.

Omg… there are no words strong enough to express how amazing this hotel was! First of all, it was the most beautiful place we’ve ever seen! Every detail is absolutely gorgeous, and the decor is simply stunning! so tasteful, elegant, and luxurious. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! The staff were incredibly thoughtful, with so many lovely touches that made our stay extra special, like biscuits, water, and drinks in the room. And despite being located in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet, which was a big plus in Edinburgh! And the location couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s so convenient to have a tram stop right next to the hotel, making it super easy to get around. And finally, I can’t praise the staff enough. Every single person we encountered was amazing, but I want to give a special shoutout to the receptionist who greeted us on arrival, she was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the very first moment. This was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay, you won’t be disappointed!

1) Location - very convenient. Quiet and yet near enough to the city center which is a mere 10 min walk away. Tesco is just across the street for us to grab any necessities. 2) Property - Clean, well-furbished, very comfortable and makes us feel at home. Spacious layout. It really feels like a home owned by a house-proud owner. 3) Check in process - very easy and fuss free. The host is very helpful.

The staff were so friendly, so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are better than they look in the photos. It’s the perfect location. Everything you need on your doorstep and many major attractions within a 15 minute walking radius. This is the place I will always try to stay when I come back.
