We stayed at this hotel as it was near to the venue we had a wedding reception to in the evening....we checked 45 mins before we were suppose to and they didnt charge us. We booked the family deluxe room for 4 ..the room was very spacious ...had 2 open interlinking rooms with tv in both ..the entrance in the room was very spacious with fitted wardrobes , hanging space n full length mirror. Bathroom was huge , room was sound proof as its close to heathrow airport . Theres a 24hr open bar with big lobby which after reception we just took over 😂 ...would deffo recommend 👍

The gentleman that greeted us at the house was both friendly and helpful, the check in and check out process was fast and efficient, the location was perfect for us as we are both in to aviation, the room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and overall the stay was brilliant as well as the price we paid,i will definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was great! The room was nice and well equipped, there is an iron and hairdryer available. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is great too! There is an underground station nearby and Big Ben is ~45 mins with the underground from the hotel for example. The wi-fi in the room is fine.
