Everything, rooms are comfortable and soundproof. Had an issue with shower and had staff round is less than 5 minutes at 8 o'clock sorted it right away and was very kind. Decent view, good Internet. Have needed to extend our stay due to recent weather's and it was sorted with them in what felt like seconds went by. Local to everything you need and want.

room excellent (804) everything we would need and so clean.! Heads up to house keeping at staycity you have the best!!!
Reception staff extremely helpful and kind. The young lady gave us an ice Lolly on leaving as it was a bit day and we had 2 young children with us.
Cannot fault this hotel .A1 thanks again and I'll see you tomorrow in November

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cove during my holiday, and I couldn't be more impressed. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, it felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was.
What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. Whether it was solving our lost key situation or making sure I had everything I required, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the cove to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported holiday. I can't wait to return!
