My fourth stay at the hotel in the last 2 years, love the location. Upon my request, the staff kindly gave me a room which didn't face the Cromwell road, and it was very peaceful. I am coming back again when in London.

The staff - attentive, helpful, pleasant and makes the trip a lot better, feels London is a welcoming place. All staffs are the nicest & hardworking people, but we did meet Eugene/Yujin a lot. He's been a great receptionist, always nice and solve our requests/questions.
Room Heating is great, even in the toilet. Aircond is lovely too. Good amenities. But don't know how to use the microwave. No instructions but can't be bothered, so we didn't use it.
Location - great, easy to go anywhere & many interesting nice places nearby.
Can leave luggage before and after check in/ out. 24hours reception, there's always someone to help. Has washer and dryer for guests, complimentary. Wash and dry well.
Cozy apartment.
Will stay here for the staff & the area.
