The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, with very easy access to key places such as London Bridge train station, Borough Market and a beautiful short walk to the South Bank area of the River Thames. The room assigned to me during my stay was very clean and comfortable, and I loved the fact that my bathroom had a shower and a bathtub option. The staff were very friendly upon checkin, and made the effort to ensure I got a slightly earlier checkin. I did not try the breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that.

Small and intimate, perfect location. I felt safe and it was such an awesome mix of new and old with so much attention to detail. The children were treated so well and the amenities were incredible and plentiful.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks.

The locations of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance from Voauxhall tube station and close to London tourists places. I stayed in a studio flat that is very clean, branded new, very comfy and cozy. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and it was very nice.

Fantastic experience in this hotel. Staff was super friendly, especially Christian, the Guest Experience Manager who helped me set up a suprise for my girlfriend's birthday. Absolute superstar! Thank you for everything, definitely recommend this hotel!

Our stay was absolutely delightful! While you won’t find expansive lobbies or grand restaurant spaces here, the charm lies in the cozy, home-like atmosphere and the warm professionalism of the staff. We genuinely wished we had more time to simply relax and savor the inviting cups of coffee or the delicious afternoon hot chocolate. Unfortunately, London’s sights were calling, but we’re already planning to indulge more on our next visit. Highly recommended!
