My stay at Montcalm East started with a small hiccup, but it quickly turned into a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible staff. The Guest Experience and especially Denise, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, resolving the issue promptly and making me feel truly valued as a guest. The thoughtful gestures, including different forms of compensations, completely turned my experience around. The follow-up from Prabhash, the other Duty Manager, was also greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. I left Montcalm East feeling genuinely impressed by the team's dedication to creating a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding guest care and attention to detail.

The stay at Mustafa's house was wonderful. Mustafa is a nice host, willing to advise. You have everything you need. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and in a nice location. The neighborhood is safe and close to the center by public transport, there are many shops nearby. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much.
