The hotel is special, the best position, both for shopping and for a walk in the open air. The smell inside is clean, fresh, relaxing. I felt at home. I liked the tea in the room, always a different variety, kept warm in a thermos, accompanied by different cakes every day. You felt that someone thought of you. When London is on our travel list, we will only choose Bulgari hotel.

I stayed with my wife at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park for my 50th birthday celebration and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the service was attentive without being overbearing.
The location really is fantastic for tourists like us, right on the doorstep of Hyde Park, close to the West End for a show and of course Knightsbridge and Chelsea for shopping and dining.
Whilst it is expensive, for a special occasion it was exceptional and we would love to return.
