Fantastic experience from start to finish. The manager, Bagheera (feline) was always around and ready to receive petting 24/7. The staff were without exception friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms & the public areas are all extremely full of character. We will certainly be coming back here whenever we stay in London again in the future

great little flat, perfect for a few days stay like we did, location was convenient as shops were just down the road and so is the train station so easy access to places. the host was absolutely lovely and was always available for any questions I had which was always reassuring.

Beautiful apartment with clean spacious rooms. The bathrooms were very nicely done. Only grouse is bathtub in the Master bedroom doesn’t work for us. Though it was very pretty. Loved the heated floors in all the bathrooms. The bedrooms were quite spacious and with plenty of storage and hangers given. One very large King size bed. The second bedroom had a good queen size bed. Although my two girls would prefer not to share a bed. Plenty of storage too. The living room was large and kitchen well stocked. There was also Washing and drier machines. Location of this apartment was fantastic. Right on the Elizabeth line. Easy to get to the airports. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for supplies. Really love the location.
