The area (metro station right across the street, restaurants, pubs, food markets, coffee shops, bakeries and close to center, quiet). The staff was absolutely polite, smiley and accommodating. Breakfast was just great (quality, variety, quantity) it is definitely worth including Breakfast in your stay). The rooms are very cozy , clean and have everything you might need along with little details like little chocolate treats for your coffee/tea. Espresso and tea/hot chocolate equipment. We felt so cozy and it was always nice to go back to this b&d after a long day in London. Thank you for the great stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy and elegant hotel! I stayed at the end of November, right around the holiday and Christmas season, and the atmosphere was so warm and festive. The hotel itself is incredibly cozy, extremely clean, and beautifully designed.
A huge thank you to Alex for his outstanding hospitality and the warm welcome he gave to me. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more special. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated & high end. I arrived earlier than expected and they were so kind and helpful and got us into our apartment early. The helpful and friendly ladies on reception were so lovely and helped us on many occasions recommending restaurants and transportation options. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Location was perfect and quiet. Quick walk to Kensington High Street and a quick walk to Earls Court Station which is on the Piccadilly line which took us straight to Heathrow Airport (no train changes) to fly home.

Absolutely loved this place, staff (led by Sumitt) couldn't do enough for you - so kind & caring, day in day out for 4 days i stayed here. My studio was like small apartment, spacious good for work (excellent WiFi & tall table very comfy as work station x dining table). Beautiful bed linen (feather or at least no synthetic rubbish that makes you sweat here!), fluffy towels & great robes, quality everything. Welcome snacks, water, juices on arrival. Water left for you every day, together with nespresso capsules etc. Beautiful decor is just a cherry on top. Location cannot be beat - 2min to the tube, 5min to all the museums.

I had booked a one bed apartment and when I arrived, they had managed to upgrade me to a 2xbed which was wonderful. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Bed was really comfortable and I had a wonderful night sleep.
