The room was spacious for our family of 3 - with the sofa bed already prepared when we arrived. Very good location with bus stop almost at the foot step of the hotel and Paddington station just a mere 5 mins leisure walk away. Walking distance to various foodie place. Reception was very helpful when we needed to visit some Uni open days - they were helpful and went the extra mile in printing out Google map direction of bus options. Would definitely stay here again. Note: our room was located on the ground floor of the next building and hence require some stair- steps to get to the room from reception. Subsequently we found other better options to access our room without the requiring stairs access. All is well.

The hotel's location is perfect. There are two metro stations nearby—one just a minute's walk away and the other five minutes away—as well as a bus stop. There's also a store right across the street. We reached Hyde Park on foot in just 10-15 minutes. The staff is very friendly and approachable, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The rooms are modern and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel!
