It was spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location close to Paddington is excellent and so easy to access many transport options for the city. The bed was very large and comfortable. The shower was hot and good pressure. Staff were lovely and check in and out was easy. The luggage storage was exceptionally helpful too.

Rooms are very newly decorated and were very clean. The lighting system and the large TV are nice touches. The usage of keys to get to the room floor makes it safer and also late hours you need a key to enter the hotell as well which is also nice. The breakfast was freshly served and everything tasted good.

Clean, had a nice friendly welcome, a good value for London, close to the Paddington train station; the room wasn’t so small I couldn’t move around. Room and hotel done in light pretty colors. Quieter class of guests. Good hot water and pressure. Staff very helpful accommodating a few extra needs I had post-surgery.
