It was spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location close to Paddington is excellent and so easy to access many transport options for the city. The bed was very large and comfortable. The shower was hot and good pressure. Staff were lovely and check in and out was easy. The luggage storage was exceptionally helpful too.

The location couldn't have been more perfect for a trip to Winter Wonderland. The house is absolutely beautiful, perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everything we could possibly need available, clean and spacious bedrooms and a cosy living area. We can't wait to book again.

The room was spacious for our family of 3 - with the sofa bed already prepared when we arrived. Very good location with bus stop almost at the foot step of the hotel and Paddington station just a mere 5 mins leisure walk away. Walking distance to various foodie place. Reception was very helpful when we needed to visit some Uni open days - they were helpful and went the extra mile in printing out Google map direction of bus options. Would definitely stay here again. Note: our room was located on the ground floor of the next building and hence require some stair- steps to get to the room from reception. Subsequently we found other better options to access our room without the requiring stairs access. All is well.

We were a family of 5 and the room had three large beds which served us very well. The room was big with all the facilities. Location was excellent/ Close to Edgeware and paddington. Room was clean and comfortable and the towels were big! Coffee and tea avaiable. We were very saisfied. Also whenever we had a question there was always staff present to help us. We didnt order breakfast but close by there were cafes where we wouyld eat each morning. There was also an Easter Egg hunt which my granddaoughter found tlwo eggs to her delight. Overall we had a great stay.
