The location, facilities and cleanliness are all perfect. The friendliness and personality of the staff made our vacation the best. Thanks to the staff, we had a super comfotable experience.
After checking out, the staff asked us, "Are you still going out until your flight? Shall I keep your luggage?"
After coming back to hotel, they asked us, "Do you want to use the bathroom?" I was impressed that everything was perfect.

This is my second time staying in these apartments, and I will gladly stay again! The location is perfect: walking distance to many attractions, close to metro/bus stops, surrounded by restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc.
The apartments have everything you need to cook, a super nice shower and a comfy bed. Everything was also really clean. The fact that you use door codes is super convenient, so you don't need to worry about keys. They also stored our bags for some hours on our last day :)

Thanks to Alessandra at the front desk for her fantastic service and hospitality. The room she moved us to was outstanding. The bed, toiletries, towels, slippers, everything was superb quality. Housekeeping staff were absolutely fantastic, and so was bartender Luigi at the American Bar. Alessandra and Mandy at reception, and also the man at reception on the day I checked out, were all fantastic. Basically mostly everyone was fab, and the concierge guys are as usual absolutely fantastic, especially the man in the bowler hat (sorry did not get a chance to ask for his name) is such a lovely man. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We’ve had such a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel, amazing and superfriendly staff, ideal location nearby Tottenham court station.
