Such a lovely place to stay, warm, cosy, very comfortable and done out beautifully. The host was very helpful from start to finish, nothing was a problem and we would definitely stay there again if we were ever to go back to Newcastle. A big thankyou!

just 10 minutes out of town by metro and on the line to the airport the hotel takes a five minute walk from the Jesmond tube station. the staff were absolutely fabulous and so accommodating and helpful. the room was warm clean and very comfortable and the bathroom was a dream. thanks to the kindness of the person who checked me in I was able to have a room with a bathtub, a rare luxury these days and after a weekend in the snow it was appreciated more than the staff could have known. sometimes one appreciates small luxuries more than others and this time it felt like this hotel was heavenly.

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from the first moment. They were sociable and kind. The room was spacious with an enough space to rest and enjoy your stay. It was quiet and relaxing (the curtains are light-blocking which was so helpful to have a great sleep). They offer room service upon request. Their breakfast was fantastic as it's served by menu (they have many vegetarian options too). The hotel is 7 minutes away from west jesmond Station. It's also 10 minutes away from jesmond dene if want a moment to relax and enjoy nature! The inference is fabulous with flowers and seats to sit and chill.
