Great location, very close to the Train station and has a Tesco express pretty much next door. It’s well equipped and has very comfortable beds.

The receptionist who took us in very late following a flight cancellation was very sympathetic. The room and additional treats like the gin and snacks were excellent. A very comfy bed. A good breakfast. Sadly we did not have time to use the spa, but it did look lovely!

Nicely designed small room with anything you'd need. Small kitchenette with pans, kettle, microwave, fridge, cooker. Wardrobe with iron board and iron, hairdryer. Tv in the room. Although we did not use any if it it was good to have them handy.
Richmond station was literally round the corner not even a 10 minute walk as per google maps showed. Surrounded by a good number of exceptional restaurants, pharmacy, book stores, clothes shops, coffee shops, and close to the river where you can have those endless walks in peace away from cars.

I have stayed at Shandon House several times and I love the location because of the easy access to the tube station and to the general vibe of Richmond. Very nice and helpful staff with many good ideas with local knowledge.
