Excellent spot if you want to be near touristy locations. Rooms are more spacious than in the photos. I was glad that I booked this place. Separate thanks for breakfast, whenever I needed to grab a box and run they had a goodie bag ready for me.

Fantastic and intimate Boutique Hotel beautifully designed with large open space and modern spacious bedrooms.
Also a great restaurant, bar, wine cellar, plus very attentive staff. The hotel is ideally located a minute from the Leaning Tower of Tbilisi and the pedestrianized restaurant strip. I enjoyed my initial stay so I reserved again prior to leaving Georgia.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. The location is excellent.. The rooms are excellent.. You can see the view of the statue of the Mother of Georgians from the room window.. The staff are very welcoming, cheerful and helpful with all our questions.. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and the service is more than excellent ..The smell of the air freshener when you enter the hotel is very beautiful and distinctive .. The place is close to everything you want to see.. Old Tbilisi, the churches, the leaning clock, the river, and the Peace Bridge .. And a few steps away, you will find a square to sit and relax.. We highly recommend it, and we will think about coming back again
