The property is situated in a quiet and safe location, with easy parking within 50m. The street below is a pedestrian walkway so, no cars are passing (with the exception of residents, who drive to their parking spots). The room itself was cozy and clean, with all amenities offered and a balcony to rest and enjoy a drink. It's a 5 minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the sea-front of the Old Town. Either you're travelling for business or vacation, you will find the property is a great base for walking the city and driving to the near countryside. The host is a very communicative and responsible person, multiplying the feeling of being welcome to the town.

Well designed and fully equipped (there was even a hair straightener) apartment with perfect location. Very comfortable bed and cute balcony where to enjoy morning coffee. Super welcoming and friendly host! We really liked how the breakfast is organized and that it was available until 12.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Fagotto Art Residences and highly recommend a visit.
The residence is full of history and charm, bringing you right back in time. The view from our balcony breathtaking and very romantic. The jazz bar underneath our balcony adding to our wonderful experience.
The rooms kept very clean, the staff very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the history of the residence.
Perfectly located, a 2 minute walk to the harbour, beside lovely small streets, which show case the old town at its best. Lovely restaurants with delicious food and great service.
Within easy walking distance to the many treasures and beaches Chania has to offer.

Great location, hosts were fantastic! They went the extra mile and provided us with a nespresso machine which they didn’t have to do.
No question was too much and the place was spotless!
The kitchen was well equipped and the place was so quiet despite being a short 3 min walk from the old town.
