The all inclusive is the best out of a lot of resorts, staff are ever so friendly and our room was stunning. The dinner buffet had a lot of options and the food was very good!

As we had the corner room, it was a little bigger than the others with plenty of room to stretch. It was peaceful and quiet, not a single noisy toddler in sight, which was the whole point of our trip. We enjoyed the room/pool and the beach so much that we didn't even have time for the spa - so something to look forward to next time. Definitely worth spending the extra dollar, especially when comparing with the ambience of the colossal resorts nearby. The restaurants/tavernas in the village are also lovely.

It is by far the best resort I have ever visited. The employees are providing a fantastic service from the cleaning staff that keeps the resort spotless, to the lifeguards that keep the water park safe for all the customers and the front desk staff delivered great service throughout our stay The Stella resort’s Facilities are exceptional. And It’s location is great (by the beach and about 25 min from the airport). The water park is very fun, there are slides for all age groups and enough to keep the family entertained several days. Last but not least, the food provided is very good. The staff offers new options on a daily basis from grilled fresh fish to traditional Cretan dishes. We always found something great to eat and never felt bored. And we had a wonderful time at their new restaurant the Almyra (à la carte) with a great service and great selection of wines. All in all, our family had a fantastic vacation at the Stella Palace.

On our 12 night tour across Crete we spent 2 nights at Stella Blue to explore the Heraklion area. It's a very nice 4* hotel, everything is as described in the advertisment, the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very attentive at the guest's satisfaction, the food meets the 4* category. If you are looking for a place to relax, eat and drink it's the right place for you, very good value for money and we will gladly return. I would recommend it for couples and groups of friends.

We’re very satisfied with our experience in Ble Island. The room was perfectly clean, our towels were changed every 2/3 days, wi fi was working with no problems. Stefanos, the owner was very responsive and kind and Christina, the housekeeper was so friendly and eager to help us with everything that we needed. The room was more spacious than we expected and fully equipped. The pool isn’t big, but it’s perfect for the morning or afternoon swim. The beach is only 6/7 minute walk away. All in all, if we ever come to Analipsi again we would definitely choose this property.

The property is very modern, new and quietly located, yet easy to reach the beach or restaurants in the area. There is also a car rental next door for trips around Crete if you want to do that. We were welcomed very warmly every day and any request we had or small issues we brought up were immediately solved. All staff really felt genuinely invested in making our stay special, comfortable and relaxing. We are already planning to go back. We had the fortune to stay in a Junior Suite with private Pool for the last night and I can highly recommend doing that!

The host Eleni is extraordinarily welcoming and offers the best hospitality. We really enjoyed her enthusiasm and charm. Thank you for the wonderful time we had during our stay.

Everything! The property was a great little home away from home and perfect for a summer beach holiday, with the beach a short 5 minute walk away. The fact that the suite was on the ground floor only added to the beach holiday mood and made it very convenient to flop in and out. The suite is located in a quiet little nook off from a small square surrounded by many restaurants, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and a convenient little supermarket, so despite foot traffic being close by, it still feels very private, peaceful and very safe. The suite is newly refurbished, and very beautifully so. It feels thoroughly luxurious, down to the glass gate opening into the patio/terrace. The suite comes with all the modern mod-cons one could ever need at a holiday getaway - a comfortable bed, air-conditioning, WiFi, clean luxurious bathroom, hairdryer, plus many more extras that make it such a treat: complete kitchen for preparing full meals (if you want, as I did), coffee machine, home made olive oil from the host’s own grove, salt, pepper, washing machine, a clothes horse, even a little safe for valuables. Ceiling-to-floor clear sliding doors make the most of bright sunny days, but day curtains and blackout curtains are also available to protect privacy. Parking was also easily available, although I didn’t have any use for it this time as I didn’t think a car was needed for lounging on the beach. The host was excellent, taking pains to get me a few extras in terms of food I asked for to tide me through the night, since I was arriving quite late in the night, and certainly after shops had closed. On the day of checkout, they also further facilitated my hastily-cobbled-together departure plans, even dropping me off at a bus stop to save me a walk in the sweltering midday sun. it was very kind of them, and they definitely went above and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable and memorable. Exceptional Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-notch. The staff were not only friendly but went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every request was met with a smile, and they truly made us feel like valued guests. The food was incredible, both breakfast and lunch were delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The pool area, the bar, was amazing . Our room was well-equipped, with all the modern facilities you could need .. cozy blankets, a coffee machine etc.. and even a thoughtful touch of complimentary local snacks. The room was impeccably clean and designed with a chic, modern style that felt both elegant and comfortable. The entire hotel has a stylish, contemporary design, blending modern luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It felt like every corner of the hotel was crafted with care, creating a relaxing and beautiful environment. I will definitely come again
