First time that a place was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures showed. Everything is looking new, comfortable and super clean. The view is really amazing and so was relaxing in the hanging chair on the balcony while looking over the sea and listening to the calming sound of the waves and the birds my favourite thing to do. It is near the airport and by bus or taxi it is easy to go into the center of Thessaloniki (half hour). There are nice restaurants and café's in the neighbourhood. This place would be our first choice to stay at a next visit of Thessaloniki.

Landlord definitely has higher standards than we have in North America. Super clean, very comfortable mattress which is rare nowadays. There was everything you might need. Close to grocery store, restaurant and two coffee shops just step away. Huge balcony was perfect away to finish the day!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect - from the spacious layout to the spotless cleanliness. The jacuzzi was a fantastic touch, making the experience even more relaxing. Apartment is of a very high standard, very clean and fresh. Facilities are very good and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect. Kalamaria harbour is a couple of minutes walk away and has bars, coffee shops and tavernas. Kalamaria town centre is a couple of minutes walk the other way. Likewise there is an abundance of bars restaurants and shops. There is s local bar about 20 seconds away a large supermarket and bakery about 30 seconds away. Also 30 seconds away is bus stop, with buses to Thesaanliki centre about every ten minutes.. on-street parking is easy. Will definitely stay again.

We loved the location of the apartment, very close to the sea (beautiful side sea view from the terrace) , and very close to a lot of restaurants and 2 or 3 supermarkets. The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need when away from home, from a well equipped kitchen to iron, washing machine, detergents, towels, and hygiene products. It has AC in the bedroom which cools down the whole place, the bed is very comfortable and there are shades that keep the sun out at every window. For those interested, the building has an elevator, and you can find free parking spaces in the area, bus stops right in front of the building. Katerina, our host was amazing, very kind and helpful, and communication with her was very easy. Thank you for the little welcoming surprises. We loved staying here, we felt at home right away and can't wait to come back again.

We had a late arrival, and the apartment is conveniently located near the airport. The bus stop is just around the corner. The apartment was exactly as described, clean and well-maintained. The communication with the owner was smooth. Overall, we were delighted to stay in this apartment.
