Everyone was so helpful and friendly that it felt like home. In the morning, they served croissant and some fruits which are so delicious and fresh. Also, they arranged a bout tour which made me meet with great people and some of them were solo travellers. And after the boat trip we went out for drinks with those great ppl. So, it's highly recommended to stay!! Don't be shy to communicate with ppl :)

To begin with, the communication with the hosts were very clear and prompt. Poppi responded to all my queries. The hotel arranges for pick up from the port at a reasonable price of 20 euro for two persons. On check-in, we were greeted with a warm smile and some great coffee. Necterios was kind enough to guide us through the must do locations and how to cover Santorini in a time bound manner. They have their own bus tour as well which we could not do since we had a pre booked tour - but the spots the hotel covers is similar to what other tour operators provide. In fact the tour of the hotel is more cost effective. Coming to the room, it was as it was depicted - pick and span and neat and clean. The size of the room was decent with a clean washroom. The room was cleaned everyday as well. The location is right at the Fira centre with markets, shops and bus stations all at a walking distance of 2 minutes. In fact, the most important benefit of this place is it's location which makes commute easy. They also arranged for an early morning drop to the Airport. All in all, a recommended place for a good stay at Fira at a reasonable price.

We received a warm welcome by Kleo who helpfully gave us some tips on how to get around the island and served snacks and juice. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but she arranged for our rooms to be ready in a short time. She and the other staff members showed great hospitality and excellent service, meeting all our requests with kind attention and care.

Very beautiful, modern, small hotel. The staff were amazing, we even got our room earlier than expected because we arrived early in the morning. They also store your luggage after check out if needed. The room has everything you need - even a hairdrier and iron. The location is great. 2 min away from the bus station, so if you arrive from the airport you can walk to the accommodation. Its alo close to restaurants, very close to view points of calderas. The pool area is nice as well.

The service and the view were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we could enjoy a delicious and hearty meal while admiring the stunning scenery. The front desk staff patiently explained the island’s attractions and even helped us resolve our ferry ticket issue, along with many other thoughtful services. We traveled for the first time with a baby, were a little worried, but everything turned out just super. The stuff of the hotel was amazing, manager Teo helped with a comfort room, receptionists Maria and Anna were sweethearts, Soni was very helpful and professional massage therapists Kristosh and Anna from the Spa physically restored my wife's body after labor. Not to mention such a lovely waitresses Katerina and Angeliki. Definitely will recommend for friends and for whoever is reading this review 😉 Go for it!

Fabulous stay in Alaso Design Suites. Gorgeous decor. The bed was so comfortable. Lovely Ritual products in the bathroom. Everything you need in the room, hairdryer, iron, towels, robes & slippers. The hot tub was super clean & so relaxing. In fact, the room & hot tub was so good we didn’t want to leave to explore Santorini!! Location is perfect, two minute walk to the centre of Fira. Faye our host was so welcoming & helpful. She went above and beyond during our stay, complimentary drinks & sweets, organising transport, information about the area & restaurants. Last of all, the breakfast was exceptional. Local organic produce, huge portions that kept us full for the whole day!
