I would say the location is very convenient. Easy to take the public transportation. Walk along covered footbridge around 5 mins to MTR station and within 25 mins arrive in Causewaybay..... Beside of that, there is a lot of local shops nearby and price is very cheap.The hostal network is super stable and with self service laundry room. Room is clean. And Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room also with balcony option which I may pick during next visit. Overall very satisfied.

The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I took a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was great, it offered a lot of variation and it was more than enough - in fact, I ate around 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 15:00 which was very handy for visiting the city at a speed pace, as i had to catch a train that afternoon. Also the hotel stored my luggage after check-out, until i did a bit of visiting and i returned to pick it up before my train, all free of charge. The location is great too: about 10-20min walk to the star ferry, and the subway station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around.

Excellent location and very spacious rooms. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the midlevel escalators so it's very easy to get around. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area.
