Everything. It is a rare find in Hong Kong. The room is basic yet comfortable and well equipped, with very comfortable bed. The room is spacious compared with average hotel rooms in Hong Kong. The balcony with sea view is a huge plus if you are someone who enjoys fresh air and sun. The location is perfect for enjoying the island life--right at the beach and along one of the hiking trial. All the staff are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Very good money for value.

We stayed in a high-floor room with lounge access, which I strongly suggest. The views were incredible, and the executive lounge served a generous selection of drinks, snacks, and tapas throughout the day. We honestly didn’t even feel the need to visit restaurants much. The lounge was also peaceful and made the stay feel even more premium. Other highlights: -Rooms are modern, quiet, and well-designed -MALIN+GOETZ toiletries were a luxurious touch -The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious -We slept very well thanks to the calm atmosphere on our floor All in all, highly recommended, a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury on Lantau Island.

We lived everything about the ICON Hotel. I travel regularly to Hong Kong on business and have stayed in hotels on the island twice the price and even then, the ICON Hotel in many ways was better. The room was beautifully thought out for every comfort. We had an amazing view from the window. Loved the use of the black and white images of English looking toads, foxes etc. The room was clean and we really appreciated being able to do a load of washing as we had been in Sri Lanka for 3 weeks prior. We just needed clean clothes for a couple of days, so a load of washing was perfect. The bathroom was roomy and spacious too. Also the staff were able to recommend a street to buy art/antiques. Just great.
