I was looking for a place to do a personal retreat, and Concerto Inn is the perfect place to do just that. It was peaceful, quiet, and free from the hussles and stresses of Hong Kong. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It was perfect. Would definitely come back again.

The staff! SO friendly and helpful! Steve, Belinda and Fanny looked after me like a family member. They provided excellent food, top class service and friendly assistance. I would like to make a special mention for ANA who spent time listening to me and did everything I could ask for, and more. We love everything about hotel.. facilities, cleanliness, esp staff...😇 thx u the lady at the reception (I forgot her name tho) we had a short and nice conversation.. she happened to know that my daughter birthday is coming soon from seeing passport details while we were checking in ( and actually this trip is a gift for her birthday) I didnt mention it while booking.. she was kind enough to call the housekeeping to put some card and stuff toy and cake for her. I was not informed about it too.. once we got our key card, we walked to our room and when I was about to open I saw housekeeping she open the door about to leave at the same time.. I was like am I in the correct room?? Anyway, she smiled at us.. and leave without saying anything.. then we entered the room and my daughter found the surprise ❤😍

Everything was just wonderful - the reception, the room, the housekeeping, the restaurant, the location, etc. Theres a nearby 711 and authentic Hong Kong restaurant. It's also around 3-5 min walk to the Jordan station. The receptionists were accommodating, they even helped us hail for taxis everytime we needed one. The room was well maintained. The restaurant, Kitchen Savvy, was our favorite! They were all nice that we even missed our flight! Hahaha! But if we ever plan to go back, we will definitely stay in Hotel Stage again!
