I booked a tower room with view to the city. It was awesome. Small room, but for 2 persons to stay is enough. Very nice furnitures and comfortable. Everything same as the pictures.

The front desk staff is very polite and kind. She provides a lot of useful information for my mountain climbing tour. I really appreciate it. The other volunteers are really kind and I made a lot of new friends there. It's so easy to get food near by so it's very convenient.

I especially appreciated the front desk staff named Lincoln, which offered a free room upgrade to me. The hotel also felt very safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The room was excellent! Bathroom was spacious, great water pressure and the bed as sooo comfortable. Only downside was the AC - a bit too loud for my liking but honestly it worked well so no harm there. A tip; bring earplugs if you’re light sleeper. The staff that checked me in was incredibly kind and quick.
