i like that it is easily accessible. they have free shuttle. it is very helpful. the receptionists are helpful and kind. they have breakfast buffet. the foods are so delicious. do eat the dumplings and HK foods.

Alexander and Garima are very cordial and helpful staff. Loved the fact that there was a shuttle it was very convenient. Connect to the mall was awesome for the shopping, and the connection through the mall with mtr and bus was awesome.
