What a wonderful stay. We booked a premier club Room which included a fantastic Breakfast at the 41th floor, free afternoon tea & Snacks, and free Apéro. Elma which has been working at the Cluplounge and the Restaurant is a fantastic host. The view from the 41th floor and the Room was amazing. The Room was very comfy and spotless clean, due to the fantastic Housekeeping. All employees where extremely friendly and professional. The Location is only 4 minutes walk to MTR, Bus & Tramstop Fortress Hill. It was a great experience staying in your Hotel, and we loved Hongkong very much. It's such a clean and well organized City. Public transportation is outstanding. We will be back for sure and will be staying at the Harbour Grand again.

Nice view, excellent location, very good breakfast. Room is not very large but well designed and clean. We are a family group, mum and two kids. The bench near the window was very comfortable and three of us fits to a single room. Each room had two dust bins, one is for. Primal Trish and other is for recycling.

+ Excellent location (between Fortress Hill and North Point MTR stations which are both a short walk away; taking the buses and trams might be more convenient though coz the stops are nearer) + Very local neighbourhood with the trams running through (u walk out of the hotel into a local market where u can see the locals buying fresh meat, seafood, fruits and vegetables; there are also stalls selling apparel and bags) + Lots of eating places (some open till 11pm/midnight) + Bed is firm and comfortable + Shower is strong + Wifi works well + Socket next to the bed + Room is a good size with a small sitting area (compared to other hotels within the same price range) + We stayed in unit 25F which has a pretty nice view + There is a common lounge and kitchen for guests to use

Everything was very nice, friendly and good location, the main bus station was 300 m from the hotel as the ferry. With the bus 11A we could drive back to the airport for less than 10 euros, the taxi cost around 40. Nearby you can find lot of traditional restaurants, can take the walk through the city, the station to the peak was around 1 hour walking distance. We preffered to take a walk and see the city.
