Booked 2 rooms, for myself & 2 other friends. We stayed for 5 nights. Really big rooms comparing to other hotels in HK. Loved the housekeeping staff especially Shirley, she is so helpful & kind. Same with the old security guy downstairs & reception staff too. They provide iron & ironing board, if u ask for it. They provide 2 cans of atill mineral water per day (350ml).

The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. The location is great and cafes as well as public transport is just around the corner as is a supermarket. The room was spacious especially for Hong Kong and we loved having water kettle and fridge available in the room.
