Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I took a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was great, it offered a lot of variation and it was more than enough - in fact, I ate around 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 15:00 which was very handy for visiting the city at a speed pace, as i had to catch a train that afternoon. Also the hotel stored my luggage after check-out, until i did a bit of visiting and i returned to pick it up before my train, all free of charge. The location is great too: about 10-20min walk to the star ferry, and the subway station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around.

Overall is Perfect, Location: Very Strategic, near MTR, Avenue Star, K11, Shopping Center, Restaurant, etc. Service 1000000/10, everyday my room was Clean and tidy up, Facility very good, Staff Very good, Breakfast very good, Staff in Resto very good, all staf very polite and helpfull, smilling, the staff always say hello, how are you to guest (this is how i feel while staying here). PERFECTO!, If i back to Hong Kong, Promise, I will be back again soon to stay in here.
