Amazing hotel and the staff were so friendly they couldn't do enough for us, we had requested a takeaway lunch box as we would miss breakfast one morning due to a boat trip and they couldn't of been more thoughtful everything about the hotel was fab

The location was perfect. Close enough to everything but no to close that it was noisy. We were there in early April but I can imagine that it is pretty hectic on the promenade during summer. The apartment was well equipped

Anita was a perfect host & very attentive from the moment we booked,we stayed in room1 which was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay,the apartment is situated in a very quiet road but only a 2 mins from a small beach,5mins to the port and 10 mins to the main boardwalk full of restaurants,coffee shops

This apartment was perfect for our group of 4! It is in a great location - close to old town and the port. There was juice and mineral water in the fridge which was a lovely surprise. Everything was clean and comfortable and great air conditioning.

Very comfortable and well furnished. The outside space was also lovely. The landlord was very kind and helpful.

Monica, the host is extremely kind and responsive, I would give 12 out of 10 for hospitality if this was possible. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the market where fresh vegetables, fruits etc. are available. The port and the center of Split is ca. 10 minutes, the beach is ca. 5, bakery and supermarket are also nearby. The appartment is equipped with a dishwasher. Very easy check in and check out.

5 star accommodation! We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, it truly felt like being in a high-end hotel. Ivan had thought of everything to make our visit comfortable, and it really was. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully air-conditioned, making it a perfect retreat after a hot day out. It was extremely comfortable and spacious, with modern, high-quality appliances including a washing machine/dryer and a great coffee machine. The location couldn’t have been better ,within easy walking distance to both the beach and the centre of Split. A perfect base for exploring Split, and we would happily stay here again.
