This hotel was everything I hoped it would be and more. I called a few days prior to my arrival to ask if early check in was possible, which they immediately said they could and would do. The rooms were ready when we arrived and they were even upgraded for free. All the staff were extremely kind and professional. The hotel is simply beautiful, every tiny detail was above the expectations. The room was really large and extremely comfortable, it had the best mini-bar selection I have seen in a long time. The bathroom is large and impeccably clean. I am absolutely astonished by everything here and will come back for sure.

Perfect location, friendly staff, comfy rooms and literally nothing to complain about. All was good! I had to leave my luggage there after check in for a few hours and it was not an issue. Breakfast was also okey!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. A large sized room which was spotless clean with a comfortable bed. The whole place had excellent facilities and is in the perfect location in the city! Espresso pods and water which was provided in the room added a lovely touch.
