Very professional staff, the check-in process was very helpful, as the agent provided us with all the needed info about the hotel and the city. They made our stay special by providing complimentary champagne for our anniversary as well. The pool was a bit chill for us ~30 degrees(personal preference) but it can be used as it is an indoor rooftop pool. Amazing breakfast and location of the hotel (5 min walk from the Basilica Church Square). If you have a car, they provide parking at a nearby hotel at an extra cost (25€/night) or you can park on the street. Definitely recommend this place for a short stay near the center in Budapest!
