The hotel is central 20mins or so walk to the parliament, and 20mins or so to the other direction. No need for a car. Facilities were really good. Breakfast is amazing. Staff were very friendly all the time and quickly cleared the table during breakfast time. I loved this hotel. The swimming pool is really good just didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the pool and we were out and about

The location was amazing, very close to the main attractions, good restaurants and airport express bus.
The staff was very helpful: amid my stay they sent a survey to my email and I wrote (not that important note) about the towels being old. In 5 minutes, I had new towels delivered to my room which is what you call “caring for customer”. The room was spacious enough, silent and clean. Definitely I would rebook.

What a stunning hotel! The location is perfect in a road off Andrassy Utca between the river and city park. Staff were exceptional, the hotel spotless & it is obvious whoever designed the rooms travels a lot-everything was perfect from super comfy 400+thread count linen beds to underfloor heating to real hairdryers to toiletries to lighting and everything in impeccable condition. Hands-down the best 4* we have ever stayed in and better than most 5*s. Special mention to the Indian reception team who were the friendliest and most professional staff we encountered in Budapest.

1. You can cast YouTube to the TV from your phone.
2. The breakfast was very good and had a huge array of options.
3. The room had open-concept storage to keep all your items organized, which is good for me because I never use cupboards and drawers in hotels (I'm always afraid I will forget something).
4. They gave us new coffee for the machine, etc. every day (and towels if you wanted).
5. The location is really wonderful for access on foot to authentic bakeries, restaurants, the Metro and shops around the Dohany Synagogue.
6. The staff were all very friendly and you could ask anything.

Everything top notch - the rooms, the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast, the staff, the service.
We loved our stay with a big girl group (9 ladies for bachelorette party). We also got a shuttle from the hotel which was perfect for a big group.
We got a large executive suite and two rooms - and all of them were right next to each other - which made our group stay even better! Everyone could sleep and shower in peace but we could hang out in the suite all together. Perfect!

I had an excellent experience during my stay! The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, catering to all tastes and preferences. The location was superb—conveniently situated and easily accessible. One of my favorite features was the free water fountain, which was a thoughtful and refreshing touch.
