It was amazing. Nicole and Wayan as well as the whole staff were very helpful from getting us surf teachers to getting scooters. The rooms are very nice and with AC :)

We have enjoyed everything about our stay. We had a sick 1.5-year-old boy, for whom the hotel helped to find a doctor. the doctor came to the hotel and took blood tests and we felt in such safe hands. The rooms are super clean. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and so are all the staff. We extended our stay and on the last day, we were so sad to leave this lovely place. IZE hotel gets our warmest recommendations!
