The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

The room is very clean, comfortable and the hotel is located near 3 shopping malls which made it easy to access our needs. The parking area is quite large and convenient for cars and motorcycle. The staff is very friendly and helpful through the process of check in and check out. Also tried the coffee at the lobby and it was super, they provide many coffees and matcha, i recommend you to try kopi si bob and dirty matcha.

Service was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. From reception to room service and housekeeping. Most importantly, the room was 100% complete. The shower was perfect, it has a microwave, a very comfy sofa and table to work from, and for me - the water dispenser in the room was a massive win!
