Arkamara is really a special place. From the time you step foot onto the premises, you are greeted warmly and your every need is tended to with meticulous care. The staff are absolutely phenomenal, every single one of them. The restaurant downstairs at the pool is excellent. The breakfasts are delicious and offers just the right amount of variety. The pool area is so tranquil and elegantly designed. Rooms are spacious and well thought out. I highly recommend that you check out the roof top bar. The vibe is great, cocktails delicious and again, the staff make it so special. The prices at these restaurants are also really reasonable. Some of the staff members who come to mind are Agus, Ayoo, Meeta, Geeta, Yanik, Narmada, Agung, Puja, Kadek and Risma. To be honest, every interaction with every staff member was special. We will definitely be returning to Arkamara. It is a special place. Thank you for giving us such special memories.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hava in Ubud. The rooms are fabulous and very comfortable. The bathrooms are very big and modern. The staff were wonderful, Septiana was lovely and made the effort to speak with us everyday and called us by name which was really personable. We also had free afternoon tea included in our stay as well as a free massage. The food in the restaurant is also very nice. We also loved the complimentary cookies that were brought to our room every day! Overall it was a lovely experience.

Relatively small compound but an amazing garden and good rooms. good value for money, very kind staff, a nice 15 minutes walk to the center. I recommend this place.

You have created a little slice of heaven with your accomodation. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and felt so relaxing & tranquil. The greens and the wood; tying so perfectly with the nature outside our doors. Everything was so clean and fresh. I get a bit nervous going into new accomodation as sometimes they can be quite dirty and the sheets stained, etc. It felt so amazing. Everything was clean & new. Appreciate everything from the top ups of water, the fresh fruit, mopping our decking for us when it had been raining. We will absolutely be back and have found the only accomodation we want to stay in Ubud at; Ardan Maison. It truly felt like our home away from home. Thank you. We will be back for longer next time; we wish we had a whole month here!

Myself and my brother and his family had a wonderful time in Nefatari. The staff is super nice and helpful and the free shuttle to and from ubud palace was great as it is located too far from the city center to walk. The villa is beautiful and clean

The villa is lovely for a family with two young kids. The pool set up was nice and relaxing. Yana was an excellent and friendly host, brought us around as we signed up to package. Very flexible with our needs, stopping by supermarkets, stopped by ATM, etc. Lovely tour guide.
