Everything. Staff, room, the whole concept of the hostel and cleaniness, everything was so much better than I'm used to in the hostels. A bar in the lobby is also a great additional, as well as the pool table and other activities you can use for free.
Included breakfast was delicious too.
Location is perfect, calm, quiet and a really close to the beach and bus stops just across the road. If you judge from the satellite photos, it may seem like it's positioned between some port hangars, but these are actually all shops for biggest global brands, so you can do some shopping there as well.
Overall, definitely exceedes the expectation of a hostel and beats even some hotels I've stayed in.

first impression - on arrival- very happy, pleasant welcome which included a glass of sparkling wine / champagne -mainly just very pleasant staff.
Left early before breakfast time and were offered to take some fruit yogurt etc. entirely at front desk initiative - very welcome touch to the level of service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be there again ourselves :-)

The only positive thing I can mention is the location, which was convenient
