From the moment we arrived Kanwar and his staff made us feel at home. We arrived at 1am to an amazing welcome and the best meal provided by the staff. It was my parents first time in India and Kanwar and his staff made them feel completely at home. The hotel itself is perfectly located in ranjit avenue in a very nice area, close to the best restaurants and bars. The hotel rooms are first class with beautiful decor and all the amenities you need. We were in Amritsar for my wedding and the stay at Victorian elegance is one of the highlights of our trip. The only hotel I will stay in Amritsar.

Well maintained property, spacious rooms and a nicely maintained lawn. Property is modern and has everything you would want for your stay. Location is ideal - not very far from airport and close to places of interest. The host is really warm and accommodating, came personally to meet us and ensured we are comfortable.

Everything about this hotel and our stay with Blusalzz was amazing. We had booked 16-17 rooms for the wedding and I can confirm the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure all the guests were happy and our stay was comfortable as possible. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, I required more rooms and extra beds and they were very efficient and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was also amazing and breakfast staff always had a smile on their face. On checkout some of our guests were leaving early morning - the hotel staff had packed amazing breakfast for multiple people before 7 in the morning so they could catch their train on time and have good healthy breakfast with them to go, they did not charge extra for this and this is just one of many situations where the hotel staff went above and beyond for us.

Charming heritage property perfectly located in a quietful area just 5 minutes away from the airport and about 30 minutes away from the wonderful Golden Temple. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, but most importantly extremely quiet. Full selection of room amenities are provided in the room and on request, including large drinking water bottles. We were particularly impressed with the quality and flavours of the food provided both at breakfast and dinner/room service, our compliments to the Chefs and kitchen staff. However - most importantly - an excellent service was provided from the entire staff, starting from the security at the entrance, bell boy, housekeeping and F&B service. Even the room service team on the phone were extremely professional and knowledgeable, particularly Mr. Dilpreet who delivered the order in person was exceptional while introducing the food with a genuine care and enthusiasm. A special recognition and thanks to the exceptional Mr. Jagroop who assisted us with our belongings with great care and professionalism and Mrs. Manjit of Security who always welcomed us with the greatest smile ever. Thank you and see you again next year!
