We were warmly welcomed at the front desk by Antara and Rosch, who checked us in efficiently. Rosch accompanied us to our suite, explained the amenities and technology, and ensured our luggage was promptly delivered. Over the next days, Rosch was always available for our questions, ensured our comfort, provided essential information, and assisted with transfer bookings. His friendly and attentive demeanor made us feel at home at the ITC Gardenia. In the mornings, Rajdeep and Imran greeted us warmly and always fulfilled our requests for quiet seating at breakfast. In the evenings, Swapnil’s attentiveness and friendliness allowed us to relax and enjoy drinks in the lounge. The entire staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, respectful communication, and service orientation. The welcoming atmosphere at the entrance and the friendly, patient security checks made every return to the hotel a pleasure. The restaurant and bar teams delivered consistently outstanding service, making our time there highly enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel very near by 10 min cab ride to Bangalore Cantonment railway station to catch Vande Bharat. Mohit and staff from front desk, security and house keeping provided excellent service. We were upgraded to a deluxe room as our standard room was not ready and we really appreciated the gesture. The hotel staff were very responsive to requests and helped us to order a cab as well as advised us about nearby restaurants. The coffee machine at reception was a luxurious perk. We really enjoyed our overnight stay and will definitely stay here again. We had a spacious deluxe room which was very modern, clean and comfortable with great facilities. Good pressure hot shower, tea and coffee making facilities
