Mary and their team are very accommodating and friendly. I was able to stay and work from the upstairs venue until my late flight departure. It's a homely feel and is exactly what I am looking for when travelling on business in India. Our embassy was within walking distance and the apartment is close to the shopping area. Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and so are the pillows. Breakfast is good.
The Spa provides very good treatments. The gym is small, but the equipment is in very good condition.
The pool is clean and very relaxing to sit by or in. The food in the restaurant is good..The wines are good, but a little too pricey.
Without exception, all staff were very helpful, attentive and professional.
A special thanks to Nisha at the Spa, Girish, Arachana and Vidya in the restaurant, and Prasenjit who made sure my room was spotless every day.
