Breakfast buffet was amazing with a very good spread! The staff was so courteous and accommodating of my needs like early check in and late check out. They were so empathetic and pleasant including the cleaning staff. Superb customer service! Was so worth the money. The king sized bedroom was also very spacious with a sofa lounge area. The bathroom was super! The room service and food was excellent as well. We ordered dal makhani and chicken fried rice.

Emerald Hotel & Service Apartments is centrally located in Juhu, just a 5-minutes walk from the beach. The Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is less than a 20-minute drive.

We had an amazing stay at Regenta Place The Emerald.The reception team was absolutely brilliant. All the gigly ladies were brilliant. The manager was also down to earth person. Courteous staff at reception - Akshata & Manish allowed early check in which was really appreciated after a long flight. Room was also upgraded which was amazing. Check in process was quick an efficient. Rooms were clean and spacious. Amazing hospitality- all staff were ever so helpful. This was my first stay at Novotel and I was so impressed that I will surely return again.
